A restaurant's atmosphere sets the stage. It's about more than just a dining room away from home. Food takes the spotlight as guests become its audience.
A good cook understands your guests' needs and works well with the kitchen staff to ensure that guests receive their meal the way they ordered.
Food cost is essentially the total cost of your food net of the existing Inventory. Most of the time, if not always, beverage costs are not included.
Best Vietnamese ever!! I’ve tried almost every Vietnamese place in the Okanagan and shuswap area and this Place is always amazing
Every city I travel to, I search out the Vietnamese restaurants. Most places have the wrong noodle proportions, lack of herbs, or the wrong seasoned dressings. Not this Hoang Gia! Every single mouthful was perfect! Each course accompanied by the right dressing and some perfectly fresh greens. All in not only generous proportions, but with ingredients in perfect balance.
My husband and I recently decided to try this restaurant as we heard from a friend that it was good. My husband ordered the Pho and I ordered Sushi. Both were good and we had no complaints about the food. The reason I'm giving a lower rating is due to service, the waitresses just felt awkward and didn't say much but they weren't bad at their job either it just gave a weird vibe. While walking in the interior looks nice but once you are sitting waiting for food you start to notice things being a little dirty and unpleasant. So the front of the house definitely needs more attention. We will probably visit again reguardless because the food was nice! So I may change my review if my experience changes.
